Program:  lst
Purpose: List the contents of a SEG-Y tape
Usage:  lst device trace-inc
  device = Unix tape device name
  trace-inc = The increment between traces to list
Example:  lst /dev/3bn 480 nr


Unix device:
         /dev/rmt/[][]
         Where density can be  l,  m,  h,  u/c  (low,  medium,  high,
         ultra/compressed, respectively), the BSD behavior  option is
         b, and the no rewind  option is n.
